Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days the delivery date.

Returns are only eligible in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (if damaged or incorrect)

Because we do not operate a physical storefront or warehouse, return instructions (if approved) will be provided by our support team based on the supplier handling your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

Resolution will depend on the situation and supplier policy.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the correct item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and proof of purchase is required. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

If your return request is approved, we will notify you once the refund has been processed.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
