Motorcycle Bluetooth Helmet Headset

A Bluetooth headset built into a motorcycle helmet, so calls, navigation prompts and music come through without earbuds under the lining and without taking a hand off the bars.

Battery life is where this one stands apart. The 2000mAh cell gives 80 hours of call time, 60 hours of music playback and over 240 hours on standby, and recharges in 2 hours or less. In practice that means charging it every few weeks rather than before every ride, which is the reason most helmet headsets end up unused.

Bluetooth 5.0 with CSR handles the connection, with strong anti-interference performance, which matters at road speed alongside traffic and other electronics.

The IPX6 waterproof rating means rain is not a reason to leave it at home.

Two different microphones are included so the unit fits both full face and half face helmets. A boom mic suits an open helmet, a wired mic suits a full face, and having both in the box means the kit matches whichever helmet you own rather than the one the manufacturer assumed.

How to use

1. Charge the headset fully before first use. A full charge takes 2 hours or less.
2. Choose the microphone that suits your helmet: the boom mic for a half face helmet, the wired mic for a full face.
3. Fit the speakers into the helmet's ear pockets and route the microphone so it sits near the corner of your mouth.
4. Open Bluetooth settings on your phone and pair with the headset.
5. Set your volume before riding rather than adjusting it at speed.

Care: rinse nothing directly, wipe the unit dry after wet rides, and recharge every few weeks rather than storing it flat.
